If you are experiencing issues with the FireFly app please try the following:
Make sure the iPad is up-to-date, if using an older iPad that wont go up to iOS 13+ please use Safari instead of the app to access homework and submit work (guide found here).
Then try logging out of the app and back in:

The school code is REDMAIDS
Username: a_user23@redmaidshigh.co.uk (first initial followed by _ and surname plus the year group number. year 3 = 23, year 4 = 22, year 5 = 21 and year 6 = 20)
Password Denmark555
Make sure when prompted to choose Office 365 login option
If this hasn't helped please try a hard reboot (hold the power and home button together until you see the apple logo).
